• VQA Niagara Peninsula • Blend: Cabernet Franc (44%), Merlot (42%), Cabernet Sauvignon (14%)
• Grapes aged separately for six months in French and American barrels, then blended, 75% aged another two months, 25% aged one month in red cask whisky barrels
Taste Profile
• Full-bodied, smooth, generous
• Aromas of black cherry, spice, vanilla, cassis
• Serve at 17 to 18 degrees Celsius in red wine glass
