The objective of the seminar was to present the new generation of Chilean winemakers who are creating innovative wines using new methods and blends. Tasted a selection of ten (10) new wine styles selected by Patricio Tapia and learned why Chile should occupy a top spot in the commercial cellar.

The host provided a good overview of the history of wines in Chile which started about 450 years ago, the grape varietal , the terroir,the appellations. The wine selection for tasting allowed to learn and understand the potential of Chilean wines as top producers in the world.
