We just returned from one (1) week trip to Vancouver and wineries in Okanagan Valley mid September, 2013. I have made all the trip arrangements and I will share with you everything from flights ,hotels, car rental, accommodations and daily winery trips from Kelowna, BC. as well as the cost of such a trip.
| Our travel to Vancouver started with the morning Air Canada flight from Toronto at 10:00a.m. (I have booked the flights on line at Air Canada website) After a pleasant 5 hours flight we landed in Vancouver at 12:00p.m local time. I have booked on line a Budget midsize car at Air Canada website this being the best rental price after research of various on line sites. I have booked (3) nights accommodations at Sheraton Wall Centre in Vancouver. |
The drive from Vancouver to Kelowna in Okanagan Valley is absolutely stunning through the mountains with the highway reaching altitudes of over 1200m. Here are couples of pictures from this drive...
I have booked (3) nights with one of my affiliates http://www.bedandbreakfast.com the beautiful The hopeless romantic B&B. My review of this B&B is posted at Trip Advisor.
